ABOUT INEXXUS

We run senior, in-the-work teams. No rotations, no junior pyramids, no reporting layer between the operator and the outcome.
ROLE OVERVIEW
You shoot, edit and ship platform-native content at speed. Not a storyboard specialist — an operator who can go from idea to published asset in the same day, and make it feel premium.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- —Concept, shoot and edit short-form video and stills for brand and creator channels.
- —Produce on location — events, activations, studio and client sites.
- —Cut multiple variants per asset for testing across paid and organic.
- —Maintain brand systems across every deliverable.
- —Turn briefs into finished work without layers of approval theatre.
REQUIREMENTS
- —2+ years producing content professionally, with a reel that proves it.
- —Command of Premiere or Final Cut, After Effects, and the Adobe stack.
- —Camera-confident: lighting, framing, audio.
- —Understanding of what earns the scroll on each platform.
- —Ability to travel for shoots.
BONUS SKILLS
- —Motion design or 3D.
- —On-camera presenting.
- —Experience with AI-assisted production tooling.
