ROLE OVERVIEW
You own the feed end to end — strategy, calendar, hooks, edits, community. You set the standard for what gets shipped and lead the people who ship it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- —Set social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- —Own the content calendar and the editorial standard behind it.
- —Lead creators, editors and community managers on day-to-day output.
- —Track performance and reallocate effort weekly based on what works.
- —Advise clients directly on positioning, risk and cultural timing.
REQUIREMENTS
- —5+ years in social, including time leading a team or a major account.
- —Proof of accounts you grew, with numbers.
- —Culture-fluent and trend-literate without being trend-dependent.
- —Strong editorial judgement and copywriting.
- —Calm under live-event and crisis conditions.
BONUS SKILLS
- —Paid social buying experience.
- —Experience with talent or artist channels.
- —Second language.
