ROLE OVERVIEW
You run day-to-day social execution for a portfolio of accounts — planning, publishing, community and reporting — with the autonomy to make calls without waiting for permission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- —Plan and publish across channels on a weekly cadence.
- —Write copy, brief assets and schedule content.
- —Manage community — comments, DMs, escalations.
- —Build weekly and monthly performance reports.
- —Spot trends early and turn them into shipped work within hours.
REQUIREMENTS
- —2+ years managing brand social accounts.
- —Excellent written English.
- —Hands-on with scheduling and listening tools.
- —Basic editing ability in CapCut, Premiere or equivalent.
- —Organised, fast, and detail-obsessed.
BONUS SKILLS
- —Design skills in Figma or Canva.
- —Experience with global brands or multi-market accounts.
- —Familiarity with AI content workflows.
